For standard sections it's usually 2 to 4 weeks from a confirmed order, depending on quantity and the casting queue. Custom moulds add time for tooling — we confirm a firm schedule on your quote.
Yes. We arrange trucking and craneage to site across India, and we've supplied internationally. Delivery is priced on your quote and depends on distance, load size and safe site access.
We do. Send us a drawing with the section, grade and length you need and we'll cast to it. Custom work is most economical at volume, so it suits larger runs rather than one-offs.
Standard lines have low minimums and we'll quote small quantities. Custom moulds carry a tooling cost, so they're priced against a minimum run that we'll set out clearly before you commit.
Grades from M50 to M75 depending on the product, reinforced to IS standards. Every batch is strength-tested and comes with test certificates and traceability — the documentation regulators and consultants expect.
You get a written quote with grades, quantities, lead time and delivery before anything is cast. Payment terms are set out on that quote and confirmed in the purchase order.
