T-25 U-Shape Drain | Heavy
The T25 U-Shape Drain is a heavy-duty precast channel built to carry stormwater along the roads that take the most punishment. Each unit is cast, cured and tested in our Surat yard, then delivered to the trench as finished work — sealed, smooth-bored and ready to set.
Rated to a T25 wheel load, the section takes traffic straight over the channel without flexing or cracking. It is the line we put under highways, crossings and industrial roads where the cover has to be as strong as the road around it.
Pouring drains in place means formwork, curing time and an open trench across active routes for days. Precast changes the maths — the channel arrives finished, sets in sequence with the civil works, and is sealed and trafficable almost as fast as it can be laid.

It's rated T25 — a 5-tonne wheel load, 10-tonne axle — so traffic runs straight over the channel. That's the line we put under highways, crossings and industrial roads where the cover has to match the road around it.
M50 concrete, RCC reinforced, cast and strength-tested to IS standards in our Surat yard. Every batch carries test certificates and traceability.
Standard channels run from 300 × 300 mm up to 1200 × 1200 mm at 2000 mm lengths. Covers come perforated or solid (without-hole), are trafficable, and lift off via a barrel for cleaning and access.
